Do not include any slash for portable, etc. If you obtain a new call sign, please remember to log-in and update this field as appropriate. FCC License Class: Information FCC License Class Set this field to the license class indicated on your Amateur Radio license. License Plate: Information License Plate This field is NOT REQUIRED. This information may be needed to gain access to a facility, such as an Incident Command Post. Vehicle Color: Information Vehicle Color This field is NOT REQUIRED. This information may be needed to gain access to a facility, such as an Incident Command Post.  
Vehicle Type: Information Vehicle Type This field is NOT REQUIRED. This information may be needed to gain access to a facility, such as an Incident Command Post.   Drive Train: Information Drive Train: This field is NOT REQUIRED. This information may be needed to determine if your vehicle is suitable for dispatch to a location associated with an event.  

Miscellaneous Notes
General Notes: Information General Notes This field is NOT REQUIRED. This field is used to inform staff of any information that you determine that would be useful to the Incident Commander or Deputy Commander. A typical use would be to indicate capabilities not normally handled by a membership record.
