Enter your FCC call sign and your email address of record. If a record exists that matches your FCC call sign and email address of record, a new password will be generated and will be sent to your email address of record. You can then use the new password to login to the member area.
If your email address on file is not current then you will not be able to complete the process of resetting your password. In this event, please use the Contact Hawaii ARES form that is found under the Hawaii ARES menu to request administrative assistance in having an email address added to your record.
